International students may apply to select online graduate programs while residing outside the United States. However, certain online programs require in-person participation in the U.S.
Federal regulations do not permit international students to enroll exclusively in fully online programs while living in the United States. Therefore, Missouri State University cannot admit international students to fully online graduate programs for U.S.-based study or issue Form I-20 or DS-2019 for these programs.
Please review individual program pages for specific residency and delivery requirements.
