Program Delivery Change Form

A distance pathway is one in which the student can complete their program without the need for face-to-face Springfield course work.

We have three options for distance programs:

  • Online programs, which are fully asynchronous and delivered at a distance
  • Off campus programs, which are delivered at least in part in a synchronous format and in conjunction with our off campus sites
  • Web conference, which are delivered at least in part in a synchronous format
