Doctorate in Educational Leadership • West Plains

Missouri State collaborates with the University of Missouri to offer an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership. The degree is designed for those seeking leadership positions in P-12, higher education, or in government or industry. Students must take courses on the MU campus for two summers. The remainder of the coursework is offered by Missouri State, and most classes are accessible either in the West Plains area by ITV or online. The program consists of two years of classroom instruction (46 credit hours) plus 12 credit hours of dissertation research afterward. This program does not provide certification for teaching in K-12.
