Congratulations to the 2011 Master Online Course Award Winners

Missouri State Online and the Master Online Recognition Award Selection Committee are happy to announce the winners of the 2011 Award!

Best overall in the four categories of Course Design, Interaction and Collaboration, Assessment and Course Technology and Media Value goes to Brett Garland – CRM 350, The Police in American Society.

Additional merit goes to the following participants in individual categories:

  • Best in category for Interaction and Collaboration
    Marci Dowdy – COU 702, Foundations and Ethics of School Counseling
  • Best in category for Assessment
    Deanne Camp – RDG 420, Methods of Teaching Reading and Language Arts in Elementary Schools
  • Best in category for Course Technology and Media Value
    Brian High – CHM 106, Fundamentals of Chemistry

The winner was announced at the Missouri State Online Advisory Board meeting on 13 February 2012.  The winners will be recognized at the May 2012 Faculty Service Awards ceremony in the PSU Ballroom.
